I guess it depends on the TL of the non-BD human. If he's got access to
PGMP's/FGMP's then it kind of even's out. If he doesn't have that then
he's seriously buggered. BD gives you (if you've got the grav belt
built-in) mobility, endurance and protection against shrapnel, NBR,
small arms.
