I think his point is that "improved" is vague.  One man's improvement is
another man's kludge.  He wants *details*.

Now I've only looked at the previews releases, but the only chargen changes
I really see are the Connections, the Campaign Skill Pack, and the Event
tables.  The rest will have any CT player just nodding along.

Had I ever gotten around to writing an RPG book, the events is where I'd
have gone.  Although often a bit over the top, I love the Central Casting
books.
