Might this bring about a more active EW style of warfare?
I am thinking that if the problem is that there is no cover that the
solution is to use decoys and active jamming to befuddle attempts to
pinpoint your location. If you have 5, 10, 25, or 50 likely spots that could
be the real warship in a 10-20,000 cubic meter area or larger what do you
actually aim at?
