Wow, after 20 years you would think I knew or could figure out any  
Traveller related Abbreviation. May I ask which you refer to as

Yes it is, but on a much large scale and free form. I wanted to  
constrain movement some what in that with hex based movement  
accounting is less wargamey than measured.... Now you have me  
doubting my entire chain of reasoning.... 8-)
