[TML] Er . . . What Was The Thread Title Again?

Hey All,

I've been trying to find the thread where Derrick and I were
discussing Imperial citizenship (so I can re-craft it into our joint
"Help The Noobies" post).  And my gmail very helpfully files
everything by thread.  But I can't remember the title and there's been
a LOT of mail since then.

Anyone recall what it was?
