Doug, dear heart . . . can you please give up now? For game purposes,
I'm thinking Tom has conclusively proved that the average Traveller
character has ten (10) seconds to do something in a vacuum situation.
Less than one round, in most versions of the game.
Of course, in my next game, I'm using GURPS-like one-second rounds . .
