No reason why not; send it to submissions at freelancetraveller.com with an
appropriate description and some contact info, and I can toss it in the
next time I do an update.  Even better would be if it was accompanied by
an article about Traveller in a 3-d universe using real star positions,
but whether that happens is entirely up to you.
