[TML] Death in Chargen

If you used the expanded charts from MT, you'd find the use of Brownie
Points (won for achievements, terms survived, special duties), helped to get
you over the occasional bad roll. It led to characters who sometimes failed
a survival roll (and I'm a big fan of Paranoia Press' Unfit for Service from
Scouts and Assassins or Merchants and Merchandise) or a re-enlistment roll,
but most of the time didn't tend to drop dead in chargen. You could turn
"dead" into "wound" with a few BPs usually. This was almost like CT enhanced
chargen but improved by adding this buffer.

I find most people don't like to generate more than two characters, unless
you're a chargen fanatic. It can take some time (with enhanced generation)
and people get invested even in a short time. So I prefer that people don't
just die.
