BTW, I've been reading Grand Fleet (bought the pdf a while back from
ComStarGames) and I was wondering . . .

Didn't the Archdukes get formal command authority of the Imperial Navy
after the Fifth Frontier War, in all versions of the rules?  I mean,
isn't it this that was one of the enabling events of the Rebellion
(Dulinor could legally command his own forces)?  GF is written as if
these are just another level in the informal noble heirarchy of old
CT.
