I suspect that it would be based on what human pilots are taught to do,
not what human pilots actually do. The big problem with an autonomous
combat vehicle is that computers are still pretty bad at target
recognition; for the actual job of flying the airplane, a lot of that is
already handled by computer, and having a computer handle the remaining
controls wouldn't be that challenging.
