[TML] 1st session with Mongoose Traveller.

I made the decision to pre-order directly from Mongoose, just to see how it
turned out, and received my Core Book about a week ago.

And I love it! I am planning for my first Mongoose Campaign right now.

I like a lot of what they did with the system. Classic Traveller is not as
explicatory as it might be, and Mongoose filled in many of the gaps that
were in CT. Plus, they added a lot of interesting stuff, in addition. And
this all in the first book!

I never thought I'd say it, but I am switching from CT to Mongoose as
expeditiously as possible. Of course, I'm keeping all my CT stuff, as it
still stands as good supplemental material, since Mongoose did stick to the
basics of CT. Plus, I'm kind of sentimental about stuff I've kept for nearly
thirty years. :)

I went to the Mongoose website and pre-ordered the Spinward Marches book
coming out this month, and Mercenary comes out in June, and High Guard in
July. I can't wait! *jumping up and down*

Can you tell I'm excited? Well, I bet you can't tell I'm 45! :P
