You and me both. :-)

And that'd be an interesting bit of "color" to throw at the players 
if your TU's med tech is up to it.

Have them run into an old contact (or enemy) who has chaged sex since 
the last time they met.

Or have some comment in conversation "Oh yeah, I used to be a woman". 
With about the same emphasis as "Or yeah, I used to dress goth".

Great for the "we're not in Kansas anymore" feel.
